ARTICULO 29. (Transitorio). De la vigencia de la estructura y planta de personal. La estructura y la planta de personal de la Presidencia de la República existentes al momento de entrar en vigencia este decreto, continuarán rigiendo hasta que se adopte la nueva planta de personal y se incorporen a ella los empleados correspondientes.
