ARTICULO 22. De la representación en consejos, juntas y comités . El Gobierno Nacional determinará los Consejeros del Presidente de la República, Secretarios de la Presidencia de la República o Directores de Programas Presidenciales que asistirán a los Consejos, Juntas o Comités, en reemplazo de los Secretarios Jurídico, Económico, de Administración Pública y de Integración Popular, a que se refiere el Decreto ley 146 de 1976.
