ARTICULO 18 . De la planta de personal . Para el cumplimiento de sus funciones, el Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República tendrá una planta de personal global a la cual se incorporarán empleados públicos que serán de libre nombramiento y remoción del Gobierno Nacional.
