ARTICULO 9o. De las direcciones de programa presidenciales . Las direcciones de Programas Presidenciales cumplirán funciones de orientación, coordinación, supervisión y ejecución de programas que por sus singulares características considera el Presidente que temporalmente deban realizarse por intermedio o bajo la dirección inmediata de la Presidencia de la República.
