La convocatoria para la provisión definitiva de los empleos de carrera que a la fecha de publicación del presente decreto-ley estén ocupados con nombramiento provisional o por encargo se realizará dentro del año siguiente a dicha publicación, término dentro del cual deberán adoptarse los instrumentos técnicos necesarios.
