Notificación . La calificación definitiva anual o extraordinaria se notificará al evaluado conforme con el procedimiento especial establecido en el decreto-ley que desarrolle las facultades conferidas al Presidente de la República en el numeral 1 del artículo 53 de la Ley 909 de 2004 o en las normas que lo modifiquen o adicionen. Contra el resultado de la calificación proceden los recursos de reposicion y de apelacion.
