º . Elección del representante de los empleados . El representante de los empleados de carrera será elegido por votación nominal de los mismos, para un período de tres (3) años. La forma de elección será determinada en el correspondiente reglamento, en el cual, además, se indicarán los requisitos de la convocatoria y el procedimiento a seguir para tal fin.
