º . Requisitos del representante de los empleados públicos ante el Consejo Administrador del Sistema Específico de Carrera . El representante de los empleados ante el Consejo Administrador del Sistema Específico de Carrera deberá cumplir con los siguientes requisitos

Ser empleado de carrera.

Acreditar tiempo de servicios en la entidad no inferior a (1) año a la fecha de inscripción para la elección.

No haber sido objeto de sanción disciplinaria dentro del año inmediatamente anterior a la fecha de inscripción.
