Artículo sexto. La policía Nacional, Municipal, fiscal y las Gendarmerías de Aduanas, se abstendrán de dejar pasar por los retenes establecidos en sitios obligatorios de tránsito, los vehículos automotores que conduzcan artículos alimenticios de primera necesidad, cuando así lo determine el jefe de la Oficina Nacional de Precios. Podrán, asimismo, decomisar los cargamentos de los referidos artículos que se embarquen o despachen con destino al Exterior.
