º . Favorecimiento por servidor público . El servidor público que sin haber tomado parte en la ejecución de las conductas anteriores, de cualquier forma facilite su comisión, incurrirá en prisión de cuatro (4) a ocho (8) años, multa de dos mil (2.000) a cinco mil (5.000) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes e inhabilitación para el ejercicio de derechos y funciones públicas por el término de cuatro (4) a ocho (8) años.
