º . Favorecimiento en el delito de hurto de hidrocarburos o sus derivados. El que sin haber tomado parte en la ejecución de la conducta punible, adquiera, posea, transporte, almacene, venda, ofrezca, suministre o comercialice a cualquier título hidrocarburos o sus derivados, cuando tales bienes hayan sido objeto de hurto, incurrirá en prisión de cuatro (4) a ocho (8) años y multa de quinientos (500) a cuatro mil (4.000) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes.
