º . Hurto de marcadores, detectores o reveladores. El que se apodere o dañe sustancias o equipos para la identificación de combustibles, marcadores, detectores o reveladores, incurrirá en prisión de cuatro (4) a ocho (8) años y multa de ochocientos (800) a seis mil (6.000) salarios mínimos mensuales legales vigentes. La pena se aumentará de una tercera parte a la mitad cuando la conducta se realice por servidor público.
