Sanciones. Los servidores públicos que incumplan con las previsiones, obligaciones, deberes y funciones establecidos en el presente Decreto quedarán incursos, por ese sólo hecho, en causal de mala conducta sancionable con destitución, sin perjuicio de la responsabilidad penal a que haya lugar.
