Agravantes específicos . La pena imponible para el delito de extorsión a que se refiere el artículo 355 del Código Penal, se agravará en una tercera (1/3) parte cuando se obtenga el provecho ilícito. Constituirá también causal de agravación para el delito de secuestro, el tráfico de personas secuestradas.
