º. Suministro de información económica . El que, con el fin de obtener provecho ilícito para sí o para un tercero, suministre a otro información económica que haya conocido por razón o con ocasión de sus funciones, cargo u oficio, tendiente a facilitar la comisión de un delito de secuestro extorsivo o extorsión, incurrirá en pena de prisión de cinco (5) a diez (10) años y multa de cien (100) a quinientos (500) salarios mínimos legales mensuales.
