ARTICULO 20. Autorizaciones presupuestales. El Gobierno Nacional queda autorizado para efectuar a través del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público las operaciones y trámites presupuestales que se requieran para la cumplida ejecución del presente Decreto.
