ARTICULO 17 . Compatibilidad con las prestaciones sociales. La indemnización y la bonificación no constituyen factor de salario para ningún efecto legal. Su pago es compatible con el reconocimiento y pago de las prestaciones sociales a que tenga derecho el funcionarlo o empleado retirado.
