ARTICULO 6o Requisitos. En el acto administrativo por el cual el nominador declare la insubsistencia deberá ordenarse el pago de la indemnización respectiva conforme a lo dispuesto en el presente Decreto, para lo cual bastará con que se exprese la orden de pago; contra este acto no procederá recurso alguno.
