Artículo segundo. El sueldo del Inspector Permanente lo pagará el Banco de la República en la forma prevista en la cláusula novena del contrato ya referido. De la misma manera podrá pagarle viáticos al Inspector cuando tenga que ausentarse del lugar de su residencia en ejercicio de sus funciones, sin que puedan exceder de doscientos pesos ($ 200) mensuales.
