Si una vez dragados los 300.000 metros cúbicos de que trata el artículo primero, el Ministerio de Higiene cuenta con dinero suficiente para continuar el trabajo, éste se llevara hasta su terminación. Si es necesario, se harán los ajustes necesarios en cuanto al precio unitario.
