El Ministerio de Higiene nombrará un Ingeniero Interventor que fiscalizará en todo momento la exactitud del número de metros cúbicos que se draguen, y para ello el Ministerio de Obras Públicas le dará toda suerte de facilidades, a fin de que pueda cumplir su cometido. Este Ingeniero Interventor deberá visar todas las cuentas mensuales pasadas por el Ministerio de Obras Públicas.
