º. El cómputo del material extraído se efectuará comparando los levantamientos topográficos acotados, anteriores y posteriores al dragado, en la zona donde se verifique el trabajo de excavación. Dichos cómputos deberán ejecutarse de común acuerdo por los Ingenieros de Dragados y el ministerio de Higiene en Barranquilla.
