º. El Ministerio de Obras Públicas efectuará un dragado de trescientos mil metros cúbicos (300.000 m3) para rellenar los sitios que el Ministerio de Higiene indique dentro de la Zona Negra de Barranquilla, teniendo en cuenta la capacidad de la draga que se utilice. El Ministerio de Obras Públicas podrá efectuar el dragado con cualquiera de las dragas que posee, pero no estará en la obligación de dragar materiales duros que, a juicio del Jefe de Dragados, puedan dañar o deteriorar la unidad que verifique el dragado.
