º. Si un alumno pasare de un colegio donde rija el plan sin modificaciones, a un colegio donde se haya hecho uso de la facultad de que trata este Decreto, deberá cumplir con la asistencia, exámenes y aprobación de la materia que en el último se siga, sin que pueda pretestar haberla aprobado en su totalidad anteriormente.
