° Se entiende por aprobación de estudios, el acto administrativo por medio del cual, el ejecutivo seccional, legalizará los estudios realizados en un instituto docente de educación formal y le autoriza conferir el título de bachiller, en la modalidad cursada y aprobada y a expedir el correspondiente diploma.
