del artículo 415 del Código de Procedimiento Penal y demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias, y mantendrá su vigencia por el término que dure el Estado de Conmoción, sin perjuicio de que el Gobierno Nacional la prorrogue, de acuerdo con lo previsto en el inciso 3º del artículo 213 de la Constitución Política.
