A partir de la fecha de entrada en vigencia de este Decreto y mientras dure la misma, declárase la emergencia judicial para los procesos por delitos de competencia de los jueces regionales y el Tribunal Nacional. Como consecuencia en estos procesos se aplicarán las medidas previstas en el presente Decreto.
