° El presente Decreto rige a partir de su publicación, suspende las disposiciones que le sean contrarias y regirá por el tiempo que dure la conmoción interior, sin perjuicio de que el Gobierno Nacional prorrogue la vigencia de este Decreto en virtud de lo dispuesto por el inciso 3° del artículo 213 de la Constitución Política.
