° Los sindicados o condenados por los delitos de que trata el presente Decreto no podrán recibir rebajas de pena ni cualquiera otro de los beneficios previstos por las normas penales y administrativas vigentes, salvo lo previsto por el Decreto 264 de 1993. Lo dispuesto en el inciso anterior se aplicará igualmente al hurto de automotores cuando el mismo haya sido realizado con fines terroristas. En este caso no se aplicará la causal de libertad provisional prevista por el numeral 7° del artículo 415 del Código de Procedimiento Penal.
