° La pena prevista para los hechos punibles tipificados por el artículo 12 del Decreto 180 de 1988, adoptado como legislación permanente por el Decreto 2266 de 1991, será de veinte (20) a sesenta (60) años de prisión y multa de treinta (30) a trescientos (300) salarios mínimos legales mensuales, cuando como consecuencia de la comisión de dichos hechos se afecte la vida e integridad corporal de personas naturales. Cuando no se generen dichas consecuencias la pena establecida en dicha norma se duplicará.
