ARTICULO 95 . Adopción de la Planta de Personal.- El Gobierno establecerá la planta de personal del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad de acuerdo con la estructura y funciones fijadas en este decreto, dentro de los tres (3) meses siguientes a la fecha de su vigencia. Dicha planta entrará a regir para todos los efectos legales y fiscales a partir de la fecha de la publicación del decreto que la adopte.
