ARTICULO 94 . Consejo Directivo del Fondo Rotatorio.- Para los fines señalados en el artículo 3o. de la Ley 4a. de 1981 y en razón de la nueva estructura que en este Decreto se determina, harán parte del Consejo Directivo del Fondo Rotatorio del DAS el Subdirector del Departamento y los Jefes de las Oficinas de Recursos Humanos y Administrativo y Financiero, en lugar de los Jefes de las Divisiones de Personal y de Servicios y Suministros a que se refiere la norma citada.
