ARTICULO 93 . Bienestar Social.- Para atender adecuadamente los servicios de salud, educación y otros relacionados con el bienestar social del personal de la Institución, el Director del Departamento celebrará contratos o convenios con entidades públicas, privadas o personas naturales, según lo previsto en la Ley 4a. de 1981.
