ARTICULO 91 . Defensa del Personal.- El Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad proveerá la defensa del personal de la Institución que, en ejercicio de sus funciones o con ocasión de las mismas, según se compruebe, sea sindicado como infractor de la ley penal, de conformidad con las disposiciones vigentes.
