ARTICULO 88 . Gastos Reservados.- Corresponde al Director del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad hacer gastos de carácter reservado cuando las necesidades del Departamento lo aconsejen. Los gastos reservados se efectuarán con cargo al Presupuesto del DAS o de su Fondo Rotatorio y su justificación y legalización se hará mediante acta que levantarán y suscribirán el Director del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad, el Secretario General y el Jefe de la Unidad de Tesorería y Pagaduría, la cual será presentada al Contralor General de la República para lo de su competencia. Los gastos por tal concepto no podrán exceder en ningún caso la partida anual apropiada para el efecto en los respectivos presupuestos ni destinarse a finalidades distintas de las definidas en las disposiciones legales.
