ARTICULO 87 . Disponibilidad.- Corresponde a los empleados del Departamento prestar los servicios que la entidad necesite y para ello podrán ser requeridos a cualquier hora por el Director del Departamento, el Subdirector, el Secretario General, los Directores y los Jefes de Oficina. No hacerlo sin excusa válida es causal de mala conducta. La Unidad de Personal del Departamento adoptará las medidas que resulten indispensables para compensar en tiempo de descanso el servicio prestado en estas condiciones.
