ARTICULO 84 . Inteligencia externa.- Corresponde a la Dirección del Departamento, para adelantar tareas de inteligencia externa, acordar con el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, la designación, remuneración y atribuciones de los funcionarios del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad, con arreglo a las disposiciones vigentes.
