ARTICULO 83 . Representación internacional.- Para el desarrollo del numeral 9) del artículo 6o. del presente Decreto, el Director del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad o la persona que éste señale, lleva la representación del Gobierno Nacional en los certámenes internacionales que organice Interpol y los demás organismos similares, y se rige por los contratos o convenios celebrados o que se celebren con dichas entidades.
