ARTICULO 64 . Del Consejo de Academia. El Consejo de Academia está intregrado por el Secretario General, quien lo preside, los Directores Generales de Inteligencia e Investigaciones, el Jefe de la Oficina de Planeación, el Jefe de la Oficina Jurídica, el Jefe de la oficina de Recursos Humanos, el Director de la Academia de Inteligencia y Seguridad Pública y los Directores de Extranjería y de Protección. Actuará como Secretario el Jefe de la Unidad de Personal del Departamento.
