ARTICULO 62 . De la Junta de Licitaciones y Adquisiciones.- La Junta de Licitaciones y Adquisiciones del Departamento está integrada por el Secretario General, quien la preside, el Jefe de la Oficina de Planeación, el Jefe de la Oficina Jurídica, el Jefe de la Oficina Administrativa y Financiera. La Secretaría de la Junta estará a cargo del Jefe de la Unidad de Adquisiciones y Suministros. El Director del Departamento podrá organizar por resolución, las juntas de licitaciones y adquisiciones en las Direcciones Seccionales
