ARTICULO 58 . De la Comisión de Personal.- La Comisión de Personal del Departamento está integrada por el Secretario General, quien la preside, el Director General de Inteligencia, el Jefe de la Oficina Jurídica, el Jefe de la Oficina de Recursos Humanos y un representante del personal de la Institución. Hará las veces de secretario el Jefe de la Unidad de Personal.
