ARTICULO 12 . Jurisdiccion y Sedes.- La Jurisdicción de las Direcciones Seccionales podrá abarcar territorio de uno o varios Departamentos y su sede permanente puede ubicarse en la ciudad capital o en otra que garantice su normal funcionamiento.
