ARTICULO 11 . Direcciones Seccionales.- Cada uno de los Departamentos tendrá una Dirección Seccional del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad con el personal que dentro de la planta vigente, determine el Director del Departamento por resolución. Sin embargo, el funcionamiento de Seccionales en los Departamentos dependerá de las circunstancias y condiciones existentes en los respectivos territorios.
