El reconocimiento, cancelación de personería jurídica, así como la inspección y vigilancia de las instituciones a las cuales se refiere el presente Decreto, cuyo domicilio principal está ubicado en las intendencias y comisarias, las ejercerá el Ministerio de Educación Nacional de acuerdo al presente Decreto.
