La inspección, vigilancia, cancelación y otorgamiento de personería jurídica de las instituciones a las cuales se refiere el presente Decreto, la harán las entidades a las cuales se delega esta función, sin perjuicio de aquéllas que por mandato legal corresponde cumplir al Instituto Colombiano para el Fomento de la Educación Superior, ICFES.
