La fundación o asociación sin ánimo de lucro, conservará su capacidad jurídica para todos los efectos inherentes a su liquidación, de manera que cualquier acto u oposición ajeno a ella, comprometerá la responsabilidad solidaria del liquidador y del revisor fiscal.
