° Cuando del resultado de una visita o del análisis de la información obtenida por los gobernadores y Alcalde Mayor de Bogotá, se establezca el incumplimiento por parte de las instituciones de utilidad común, sin ánimo de lucro o de sus normas estatutarias, se aplicarán las sanciones previstas en los artículos 5° y 6° del presente Decreto.
