Para efectos del concepto previo de que trata el artículo anterior, la entidad correspondiente deberá remitir al Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República, la solicitud de comisión junto con todos sus antecedentes, con una antelación de por lo menos quince (15) días a la fecha prevista para su iniciación. El Director del Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República dentro de los tres (3) días siguientes a la fecha de recibo, aprobará o negará la solicitud de comisión.
