Vigencia y derogaciones. El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, adiciona transitoriamente el artículo 408 del Estatuto Tributario, deroga el artículo 11 del Decreto-ley 1604 de 1996 el artículo 56 del Decreto 1394 de 1970, y modifica los artículos 2, 4, 7 y 19 del Decreto 150 de 1997, adiciona el artículo 21 del Decreto 150 de 1997 y modifica el artículo 1 del Decreto 88 de 1997.
