El Gobierno Nacional a través del Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural, establecerá un incentivo para la asistencia técnica forestal y definirá las condiciones y requisitos para que los agentes especializados en la prestación de estos servicios accedan a dicho incentivo.
